🌽 How to cook frozen corn on the cob

Published 9 months ago • 1 min read

Hi Reader!

I might have set a record this summer with the most times I've eaten corn on the cob. The small town in Minnesota where I grew up actually held an annual "Corn on the Cob Days" every summer. To me, corn on the cob = summer.

But did you know that you can easily freeze fresh corn on the cob and enjoy it all year long? It's true! Corn on the cob isn't just for enjoying in late summer.

In this week's post, learn how to cook frozen corn on the cob quickly and easily for serving year-round! Bright, firm, and slightly crunchy sweet corn can be cooked straight from the freezer - no thawing necessary.

Whether it's boiling, microwaving, baking, grilling, or making it in a slow cooker, firm and slightly crunchy kernels of corn are just minutes away.

Use it to make this refreshing and zippy black bean corn salsa!

Wishing you a good week,
MaryAnne

Take it from Stephanie, who gave this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating for my zucchini pancakes: "Just what I was looking for to use up some garden zucchini, the kids loved it and I even forgot to add the brown sugar! This is a keeper!"
