Hi Reader!

Every once in a while, something comes along that's both delicious and healthy enough that you can eat it regularly, despite it feeling like an indulgence. Enter: 3-Ingredient Banana Oat Pancakes.

These protein-rich pancakes are light and fluffy, flour-less pancakes that are naturally sweetened with banana. Dairy-free and ready in just 15 minutes, these kid-friendly pancakes are freezer-friendly so you can enjoy anytime.

Made with ground oats, eggs, and ripe bananas, this healthy pancake recipe is full of flavor and the perfect accompaniment to your morning coffee or dairy free smoothie.

The addition of eggs adds richness and protein, and because there's no added sugar, 3 ingredient banana oat pancakes are diabetic friendly.

All you need is 5 minutes to mix the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and you've got a warm stack of rich and fluffy pancakes.

If you give any of my recipes a try, I would love a star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating and/or a review below the recipe on my website!

I love to see what you're making! Tag me on Instagram so I can see your creations.👩🏼‍🍳 You can also stay in touch with me by following on Pinterest, TikTok, and Facebook.

Hi Reader! Being in Santa Fe this time of year means any time you step outside you can smell green and red chiles being roasted across the state.
